4. Pricing and Taxes

  • Failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges

Risk transfers to you upon successful delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

  • You must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period

Refunds:

9. Returns and Refunds

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if goods arrive damaged or defective.

Photographic evidence will be required.

Your statutory rights under French and EU consumer law are not affected.

11. Assembly
Some items require assembly. Instructions are provided.

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect self-assembly unless assembly services were purchased from us.
